We provide executive car hire, airport transfers, corporate transport, staff transportation, vehicle leasing, and driver outsourcing services for businesses and individuals across Nigeria.

Our primary operations cover all of Lagos — both Island and Mainland, including Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, Ajah, Ikeja, Lagos Island, Surulere, Yaba, and all major areas. We also serve Murtala Muhammed International Airport and domestic terminals. Our Kano office extends our services to northern Nigeria.

We aim to respond to all booking requests within a few hours during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 7am to 8pm). For urgent same-day requests, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us and receive a quick confirmation.

We operate Monday to Saturday, 7am to 8pm. For early morning or late evening journeys including Sunday emergencies, please contact us in advance to check availability.

Yes. All PDL transport services include a professional, trained driver as standard unless you are specifically engaging our vehicle leasing or driver outsourcing service for your own fleet deployment.

Yes. Executive car hire is available by the trip, by the hour, or for a full working day. Full-day hire is popular with corporate clients who need a dedicated driver available throughout a busy schedule of meetings and appointments.

Yes. We operate early morning and late night airport transfers. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance for pre-dawn or late-night pickups to guarantee driver and vehicle availability.

Yes. We offer structured corporate transport accounts for organisations with recurring transport needs — whether daily executive movement, regular client pickups, or recurring routes. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we will structure the right arrangement.

Driver outsourcing means we supply professional, vetted drivers to operate your organisation's own vehicles. We handle driver vetting, training, conduct management, and backup arrangements — you direct the driver's daily duties. It is ideal for organisations with their own fleet who need reliable driver personnel without the complexity of direct employment.

Our fleet includes the Toyota Prado (executive SUV, up to 4 passengers), Toyota Land Cruiser VX (luxury SUV, up to 6 passengers), Toyota Camry (executive sedan, up to 3 passengers), Toyota Corolla (corporate sedan, up to 3 passengers), Toyota Hiace (passenger van, up to 14 passengers), and Toyota Coaster Bus (up to 29 passengers, on request).

Yes. All PDL vehicles undergo regular technical inspections, are kept clean before every booking, and have their maintenance history tracked. We do not assign a vehicle to any client booking unless it meets our operational standards for roadworthiness, cleanliness, and mechanical condition.

Yes. Every vehicle in the PDL fleet is fully insured and compliant with Nigerian transport regulations. The safety and protection of our clients and passengers is a non-negotiable priority in our operations.

Yes. When submitting your booking request, you can specify your preferred vehicle type. We will do our best to match your preference from our available fleet based on your passenger count and use case.

In the unlikely event of a vehicle issue, PDL arranges a replacement vehicle to ensure your journey proceeds with minimal disruption. We take operational continuity seriously and do not leave clients stranded.

Pricing depends on the service type, vehicle selected, journey distance, duration, and any special requirements. We do not publish fixed price lists because transport needs vary significantly between clients. Contact us with your specific details and we will provide a clear, honest quote.

No. When PDL quotes a price for your booking, that is the price you pay for the service as described. We do not add hidden fees or surprise charges after confirmation. Any changes to the journey that affect cost will always be communicated to you clearly in advance.

We accept bank transfers and cash payment. For corporate clients, we can arrange invoice-based billing. Please confirm payment arrangements when your booking is confirmed with our team.

Standard bookings include a reasonable grace period. Extended waiting beyond this period may attract an additional fee, which will be communicated clearly. For airport transfers, we do not charge for delays caused by the airline or flight schedule changes.

Yes. We handle inter-city transport including Lagos to Abuja and other major Nigerian cities. These are arranged on request and should be booked well in advance. Contact us directly to discuss inter-city routing and pricing.

Yes. Through our Kano office at 3rd Gate, House 4, Federal Secretariat Quarters, Katsina Road, we provide executive transport and logistics services in Kano and surrounding areas. The same service standards that apply in Lagos apply in Kano.

Yes. Recurring bookings are available and are actually preferred for corporate clients who want consistent transport support. We schedule recurring services in advance, assign dedicated drivers where possible, and manage the arrangement to minimise disruption to your operations.
